• All new projects start with a consultation call. This will likely be 10-15 minutes where we will discuss your needs and timelines, and give you the opportunity to share any relevant plans, drawings, photos, or inspiration pictures.

• After that, we’ll schedule a site visit where we will walk the space, hear your hopes, dreams, and visions, and gain a full understanding of the project. Some preliminary dimensions, photos, and surface level inspections will be taken.

• We will then provide you with an Opinion of Probable Cost estimate. This will allow us to align on budgets, give clarity on the costs expected, and help you realign the scope of work as necessary. If you are courting other remodelers, you can use this to help guide your decision making.

• At this point, we hope to have shown you a superior level of service and attention to detail. If you wish to proceed with Second Rodeo, we will enter a Design Services Agreement and begin a thorough design and estimating process, at the end of which we will be ready to construct your dream space.
